Frequently Asked Questions:

When will my order ship?

-Our processing time is typically 2-5 business days after your order has been placed, but most of the time sooner! Business days are 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday.  If you have placed your order on a Monday between 9-5 your processing day starts Tuesday.  If you have placed your order on Friday, your first processing day is Monday (unless it is a Holiday, of course).

Do you do Custom Scribes?

-Yes, we do.  Please use the contact page or email us at happysweetsandtreats@gmail.com with what color theme.

Can you ship internationally?  

-We currently ship to Canada.  However, if you would like items shipped to places other than Canada and the United States, please contact me directly, as I will have to send you an invoice.

Can I pick up my items, I am local? 

-Unfortunately, we are not able to do that at this time.

Can I cancel my order

-No.  As stated in our policies, all sales are final.  Once you have placed your order, the items get pulled from stock and may not allow a chance for someone else to be able to fulfill their order.

Can I combine shipping on my orders

-No.  As stated in our policies, we cannot combine shipping. We are a small business and use the convenience of a website for easy ordering for you, our client!  We are charged a fee for every transaction, therefore we cannot make this accommodation.

Can I rush my order

-Yes, that option is available to have your order pulled out of cue and processed before the regular processing time.  The rush fee is $20.00.  Feel free to add that option to your order. If you forget to add it to your order, you can place a new order selecting the rush fee listing and please add your order number that you want rushed in the notes.
